Practical solutions for a range of
leadership functions

We created Optimum Leadership Solutions in response to identified needs
from leaders of primary schools in a range of contexts. We work with
leaders at all levels with the intent of enabling leadership effectiveness to
be enhanced and sustained.

A key principle of the work we do at Optimum Leadership Solutions is that we create
easy-to-use tools which have been tried and tested in schools, with up-to-date materials
enabling schools to use them to provide high impact, time efficient evidence. We recognise
that school leaders do not have time to keep ‘re-inventing the wheel’ and we hope that our
range of Optimum Leadership Solutions support leaders in schools to work efficiently and
effectively in a time of rapid system change.

We have three core strands to our work:

• To provide school leaders with workable, up to date and practical solutions for
  a range of leadership functions.
• To support and challenge leaders to deepen their effectiveness by providing focussed and bespoke consultancy provision designed to enhance the quality of leadership across the school.
• To facilitate positive connections and networks across schools in order that
  schools take greater responsibility for their sustained improvement.

Our approach is to offer solution-based approaches to leadership challenges whilst retaining flexibility in a rapidly changing educational climate.
